What we hold, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we keep
- Your email address and password. The password is stored as a bcrypt hash — we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who takes a copy of the database.
- Your Poshmark session. When you connect a closet, your Poshmark password is used once to sign in and is never written down. Only the session Poshmark returns is kept, encrypted at rest. It is deleted the moment you disconnect the closet.
- What your automations did. Which listings were shared, who was followed, offers sent, and whether each worked. This is the activity you see on your own dashboard.
- Billing. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep the subscription's status and renewal date.
What we do with it
We run the automations you switched on, show you what happened, and bill you for the closets you keep connected. That is all of it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. There is no tracker on the dashboard, no analytics on your closet activity, and no third party receives your listings or your Poshmark session.
The Chrome extension
The extension is a window onto the account you already have. It stores nothing — no token, no password, no copy of your data — and talks to app.poshmarktools.com and nowhere else.
It has no sign-in of its own: it uses the browser session you already have from this site, which is why signing out here signs you out there. It reads your closets and today's activity so it can show them, and changes a setting when you press a switch. It does not read any other website, and it has no access to any other tab.
Deleting it
Disconnecting a closet deletes its stored Poshmark session immediately. To delete your account and everything attached to it, email us and we will do it — there is no waiting period and no retention copy.
