Things that come up
My closet says "needs attention"
Something was refused enough times that we stopped rather than keep asking — usually a captcha we could not clear, or a Poshmark session that has expired. Press Start again on the closet row. If it stops again within the hour, the cause is still there: reconnect the closet, and if that does not fix it, email us.
Nothing is sharing
Check the closet is Connected and the plan has not ended, then open Setup automation and confirm self share is on. On specific hours, sharing starts at the hours you chose; on continuous, within two to three minutes.
I connected the wrong closet
Disconnect it. The stored Poshmark session is deleted at once, and the subscription for that closet cancels at the end of the period you have already paid for — your service runs to that date.
The Chrome extension says "not signed in"
It uses the session from this site. Sign in here, then open the popup again.
The extension
It shows your closets, today's totals, and the switches. Everything it can do, the dashboard can do — it exists to save you opening a tab. It stores nothing and talks only to this site.
